The business area is situated at the intersection of the E75 Perameri Motorway and Veitsiluodontie, surrounded by grade-separated interchanges. Lapland’s only deep-sea port, Ajos, is just a 10-minute drive away. Likewise, Kemi’s railway station, airport, and the city center are also within a 10-minute drive. It’s a 20-minute drive to Tornio and the Swedish border. Within a radius of over 100 kilometers, you’ll find Oulu, Rovaniemi, and Luleå in Sweden.
